Work falling outside the agreed scope of services (such as complex SARS disputes or capital restructuring) will be quoted and approved prior to commencement.

Annual Fee Review

Retainers are reviewed annually to adjust for business growth, changes in transaction volume, and inflationary cost adjustments.
